All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business model, all sales are final once an order is placed.

Rose in Concrete does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or customer-requested cancellations after checkout, except where required by law or where a request is approved by Rose in Concrete in writing under limited circumstances.

Rose in Concrete is a dropshipping retailer offering limited-availability, supplier-fulfilled, made-to-order, specialty, and/or designer-inspired items. Orders may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, domestic warehouses, and international warehouses. Because orders begin processing immediately after checkout, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations may be impractical, unavailable, or cost-prohibitive.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have reviewed and agreed to this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy before submitting payment.

Order Cancellations

Orders are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation once placed.

All orders begin processing immediately upon successful checkout to help ensure timely fulfillment. Processing may include order verification, payment processing, supplier confirmation, inventory allocation, fulfillment routing, quality checks, packaging preparation, and shipment preparation.

Because processing begins immediately, cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

If a customer requests cancellation after placing an order:

  • Rose in Concrete may, at its sole discretion, attempt to request cancellation with the supplier or fulfillment partner.
  • Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
  • If the supplier, fulfillment partner, or order status prevents cancellation, the order will continue through fulfillment as placed.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is exceptionally approved, any refund issued may be a partial refund only and may be reduced by any non-recoverable costs already incurred in connection with the sale.

Non-recoverable costs may include, but are not limited to:

  • Advertising fees
  • Shop App, Shop Cash, or acquisition-related fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Transaction fees
  • Supplier charges
  • Fulfillment costs
  • Handling costs
  • Administrative or operational costs related to the order

Any approved cancellation refund will be calculated based on the amount recoverable by Rose in Concrete after applicable costs have been deducted.

Rose in Concrete reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for any order that cannot be canceled with the supplier, has been prepared for shipment, has been assigned tracking, has shipped, or has otherwise become non-cancellable through the fulfillment process.

Returns & Exchanges

Rose in Concrete does not accept returns or exchanges for customer preference, sizing concerns, buyer’s remorse, delivery timing dissatisfaction, or expectation mismatches.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit concerns
  • Change of mind
  • Preference changes
  • Color expectations
  • Style expectations
  • Body type differences
  • Items no longer wanted after purchase
  • Designer-inspired items not meeting personal expectations
  • Orders delayed by carrier, customs, weather, holidays, or high-volume seasons
  • Items marked delivered by the carrier

Because many items are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and international warehouses, returns may not be available once an order has been placed or fulfilled.

Sizing & Product Descriptions

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, size charts, measurements, images, variants, colors, and item details before placing an order.

If a size chart is provided, customers are responsible for following that size chart.

If no size chart is provided, the product description may state whether the item runs true to size, small, oversized, fitted, stretchy, or otherwise.

Fit issues, sizing errors, personal preference, or expectation mismatches do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Rose in Concrete does not issue refunds due to customer error, incorrect size selection, body type differences, or failure to review product information before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Rose in Concrete at support@shoproseinconcrete.com within 48 hours of delivery.

The claim must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Clear photos of the issue or defect
  • A brief written description of the issue

Failure to provide complete documentation within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of the claim.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a claim is approved, Rose in Concrete may resolve the issue by offering one or more of the following, at our discretion:

  • Replacement item, when available
  • Replacement part, when available
  • Store credit
  • Partial store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund, only where appropriate or required by law

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved by Rose in Concrete.

Items must not be worn, used, altered, washed, damaged by the customer, or disposed of before the claim is reviewed. Rose in Concrete may deny claims where the item has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or where documentation is incomplete.

No Refunds For the Following

Rose in Concrete does not issue refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, or credits for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Fit or body type differences
  • Customer preference
  • Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
  • Failure to read product descriptions, sizing, or policy terms
  • Shipping or transit delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, high-volume seasons, or events outside our control
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Color variance due to lighting, photography, filters, editing, device screens, or screen resolution
  • Designer-inspired items not meeting personal expectations
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
  • Orders refused by the customer
  • Packages returned due to customer address errors, non-pickup, or failure to retrieve from a carrier pickup location

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Rose in Concrete is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or delivery disputes. Customers must contact the carrier directly for delivery-related claims after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Delays, Processing Delays & Required Refunds

Shipping and processing terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. However, if Rose in Concrete is unable to ship an order within the stated processing/handling timeframe or any separately promised shipment timeframe, we may issue a delay notice, request customer consent to continue processing, or cancel and refund the unshipped order where required by applicable law. The FTC states that if a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to the delay or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Rose in Concrete at support@shoproseinconcrete.com before filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the concern.

Rose in Concrete actively responds to chargebacks and payment disputes with supporting documentation, which may include:

  • Order confirmation
  • Customer contact history
  • Policy agreement records
  • Checkout records
  • Payment records
  • IP address or device information, where available
  • Shipping information
  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Product details
  • Supplier or fulfillment records
  • Prior support communication

Filing a false or misleading chargeback may result in denial of future purchases from Rose in Concrete. Rose in Concrete also reserves the right to pursue available remedies where fraudulent activity, abuse, or misrepresentation is identified.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.

Designer-Inspired Product Disclaimer

Rose in Concrete may sell designer-inspired products.

Rose in Concrete is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any designer brand unless expressly stated.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to designer style, inspiration, aesthetic, or look is for descriptive purposes only and does not represent authenticity, affiliation, endorsement, or association.

Purchasing a designer-inspired item confirms that the customer understands the item is not represented as an authentic designer product.

No refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued due to misunderstanding, assumption, or dissatisfaction related to brand affiliation, authenticity, or designer comparison, where the item was accurately described prior to purchase.

Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Rose in Concrete, the customer confirms that:

  • They have read and understood this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • They understand that all sales are final
  • They understand that returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not guaranteed
  • They understand that cancellation requests are reviewed case-by-case and may be denied
  • They understand that approved cancellations may be subject to deduction of non-recoverable costs associated with the sale
  • They understand that refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed unless required by law or approved by Rose in Concrete
  • They agree to contact Rose in Concrete before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we may review the issue
  • They agree to all terms stated in this policy
