- Terms of Service
- Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Privacy Policy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all applicable policies before placing an order.
Final Sale Notice
All sales are final unless otherwise required by law or approved by Rose in Concrete in writing.
Rose in Concrete is a dropshipping retailer offering limited-availability, supplier-fulfilled, specialty, made-to-order, and/or designer-inspired products. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers, fulfillment partners, domestic warehouses, and international warehouses.
Because orders begin processing immediately after successful checkout, returns, refunds, exchanges, and customer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed.
Cancellation Notice
Orders are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation once placed.
All orders begin processing immediately after successful checkout to support timely fulfillment. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied.
If cancellation is exceptionally approved, any refund may be reduced by non-recoverable costs already incurred in connection with the sale, including but not limited to advertising fees, Shop App or acquisition-related fees, payment processing fees, transaction fees, supplier charges, fulfillment costs, handling costs, and administrative or operational costs related to the order.
Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
Shipping & Fulfillment Notice
Rose in Concrete may fulfill orders through third-party suppliers, dropshipping partners, domestic warehouses, international warehouses, and fulfillment centers.
Processing time, tracking assignment, carrier pickup, carrier scans, and delivery time are separate stages of fulfillment.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, please allow 0–10 business days for order processing and handling before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends, U.S. holidays, and applicable international holidays that may affect supplier, warehouse, customs, or carrier operations.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
A tracking number may indicate that the order has completed processing, has been prepared for shipment, has been assigned tracking, and is awaiting carrier pickup, scan, or movement. Receiving tracking does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up or scanned the package.
If Rose in Concrete is unable to ship an order within the stated processing/handling timeframe or any separately promised shipment timeframe, we may issue a delay notice, request customer consent to continue processing, or cancel and refund the unshipped order where required by applicable law. The FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule requires sellers to follow delay/refund procedures when promised shipping timeframes cannot be met.
Delivered Package Notice
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Rose in Concrete is not responsible for lost packages, stolen packages, misplaced packages, package theft, or delivery disputes after carrier-confirmed delivery.
Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes after a package is marked delivered.
Rose in Concrete may assist by providing available tracking information, but carrier-confirmed delivery is considered proof of delivery for fulfillment purposes.
Customer Information Notice
Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing, shipping, contact, sizing, product selection, and order information at checkout.
Rose in Concrete is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, including but not limited to incorrect shipping addresses, wrong size selection, wrong color selection, wrong variant selection, inaccessible delivery locations, refused packages, non-pickup, or failure to retrieve a package from a carrier location.
Product Display Notice
Rose in Concrete makes reasonable efforts to display product details, descriptions, colors, sizing, images, pricing, and availability accurately.
However, product colors, measurements, materials, packaging, sizing, appearance, and details may vary due to supplier updates, photography, lighting, screen settings, manufacturing variations, and fulfillment source.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, size charts, measurements, images, colors, variants, quantities, and policy terms before submitting payment.
Designer-Inspired Product Notice
Rose in Concrete may sell designer-inspired products.
Rose in Concrete is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or associated with any designer brand unless expressly stated.
All trademarks, logos, trade names, brand names, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Any reference to designer style, inspiration, aesthetic, or look is for descriptive purposes only and does not represent authenticity, affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, licensing, or association.
Purchasing a designer-inspired item confirms that the customer understands the item is not represented as an authentic designer product unless expressly stated in the product description.
No refund, return, cancellation, or exchange will be issued due to misunderstanding, assumption, or dissatisfaction related to brand affiliation, authenticity, or designer comparison where the product was accurately described before purchase.
Returns & Defective Item Notice
Rose in Concrete does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, fit concerns, preference changes, color expectations, style expectations, body type differences, delayed shipping, or expectation mismatches.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must follow the claim process listed in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Under Michigan consumer guidance, a retailer with a no-return policy generally does not have to accept returns unless the item is defective. This is why your damaged/defective/incorrect-item process needs to stay separate from simple buyer’s remorse.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Notice
Customers agree to contact Rose in Concrete at support@shoproseinconcrete.com before filing a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with their financial institution so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Rose in Concrete actively responds to chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud claims, and payment abuse with supporting documentation, which may include order confirmations, checkout records, payment records, policy agreement records, customer communication, tracking information, delivery confirmation, IP address or device information where available, supplier records, fulfillment records, product descriptions, shipping records, and other relevant evidence.
Shopify notes that chargeback evidence may include order confirmations, delivery tracking, customer emails, and policy agreements, and that banks may review disputes quickly, so clear policy records matter.
Filing false, abusive, or misleading disputes may result in cancellation of pending orders, refusal of service, denial of future purchases, account restriction, and pursuit of available remedies where permitted by law.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Intellectual Property Notice
All website content, including but not limited to text, product descriptions, images, graphics, logos, page layouts, branding, designs, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Rose in Concrete unless otherwise stated.
Customers and visitors may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape, resell, or exploit any portion of this website, product content, branding, or materials without prior written permission from Rose in Concrete.
Right to Refuse Service
Rose in Concrete reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict account access, deny future purchases, or take appropriate action where permitted by law, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abusive conduct, chargeback abuse, policy violations, harassment, threats, payment risk, inventory issues, supplier issues, pricing errors, or security concerns.
Limitation Notice
Rose in Concrete is not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of this website, purchase of products, third-party supplier delays, carrier delays, customs delays, delivery issues, or events outside our reasonable control, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
